The right to vote is fundamental to a healthy democracy. The mission of the Chicago Lawyers’ Committee’s Voting Rights Project is to eliminate barriers to voting and civic participation, especially in underrepresented, minority and low-income communities, to ensure that each eligible citizen is able cast a ballot and make her voice heard.
